Divisional Police Officer, Segun Fabunmi, who was accused of killing a young protester and injuring four others at Yaya-Abatan, Agege, Lagos during the protest against removal of fuel subsidy in January 2012, was on Wednesday finally, arraigned before a Lagos High Court, Ikeja.
Fabunmi, at his much anticipated arraignment on Tuesday, pleaded not guilty to seven counts of murder, attempted murder and inflicting grievous injury on some of the protesters.
