Holly Hagan may have been turning out for a hair event but she certainly didn’t want her tresses to be the main attraction.
She stepped out to Macmillan Cancer Support’s one-off blow-dry bar at Waterloo Station on Tuesday in a super-plunging jumpsuit that put her assets prime display.
The daring Geordie Shore star posed for a glamorous photocall in conjuction with EGO Professional, twisting her slender hips to show off the ensemble from every angle.
The blonde dressed her tresses with long, subtle waves and a chic side plait that ran in a fishtail style from a side parting.

She smiled through dusty pink lips and batted long eyelashes, having dolled up especially for the charity night out.
Holly’s slender middle was accentuated by a black belt as she continues to display a transformed, gym-honed physique from a recent weight loss.

But despite her bold display, Holly was after all attending in support of a group of hairdressers, there to create the pop-up beauty bar that helped to raise £52,000 through donations.
The smitten starlet brought along her Geordie Shore co-star and boyfriend Kyle Christie to the event, even though she posed alone.
The joint appearance came just as her comments about her relationship with Kyle were making it into the mainstream.
She sparked concern that she may have called time on their bond, after telling Reveal magazine about their short break during the last series of the show.

A married lesbian model and her wife have both become pregnant by the same sperm donor at the same time.
Randa Armstrong, 31, and her civil partner Stephanie, 26, are expecting their babies just three months apart after conceiving through a ‘shy’ 24-year-old science student they found on a website.
Earlier this month, Randa – who has worked as an underwear model – had her 12-week scan which confirmed she was expecting. Stephanie, meanwhile, is now 29 weeks pregnant with a boy. 
The couple, who met through the internet in 2009, had originally wanted to have IVF but were told the faced a three-year wait on the NHS. 
So they turned to an online forum called Known Donor Registry where they found a single man who does not drink and smoke – and did not want a fee for his time.
Randa, who is originally from Libya and has not yet told any of her relatives, told The Sun: ‘He was a shy guy but we could just tell he wanted to help. We had a cuppa and he did his thing.

‘We found that he had a brain and was fit enough and also had the same colour hair as Stephanie. He was also willing to help, so he ticked every box.’ 
The couple, who live in Galashiels, invited the man – who lives 35 miles away in Edinburgh – to their house on three separate occasions. They then inseminated one another.
Randa added: ‘We let him know we were ovulating and he would drive down for as close as he could to that time.’

Randa conceived when the man visited in October, November and January but miscarried each time. When Stephanie fell pregnant, she decided to give it a break.
But the pair then decided that they wanted to go through the experience together. The man visited again in April – and Randa fell pregnant for the fourth time.  
The couple have signed an agreement with the donor who will have no part in the children’s lives.
Both women will have their names on both of the babies’ birth certificates.
Randa, who has not told her family, said: ‘A lot of people find it unusual but they are really excited about it.’
She added: ‘We are really looking forward to bringing them home.’

Brig-Gen-Johnson-Bamidele-OlawumiDirector-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brig-Gen. Johnson Olawumi, Tuesday gave further insight into last week’s decision by the Corps to ban pregnant women and nursing mothers from enlisting for service, saying it was to make the scheme more effective.

He made this known while speaking with newsmen in Ilorin, Kwara State, during inspection of facilities at the Nigerian Army School of Education (NASE), Sobi Barack ahead of the NYSC staff promotion examination.

As part of the visit, Olawunmi paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the 22 Armoured Brigade in Sobi, Brig-Gen. Ali Nani as well as the Commander of NASE, Brig-Gen. Lawal Abdullahi.

Addressing journalists after the inspection, the DG said the service would immediately begin implementation of the ban to stop a situation where “the NYSC would be managing pregnant women and nursing mothers”.

He, however, stressed that NYSC had not banned pregnant women and nursing mothers from the scheme but that they could only be called up after delivery.

Olawumi also tasked state governments to improve their support for the service, noting that the intervention from governors are on the decline.

English-man-refuses-to-be-sentenced-in-Wales-due-to-thick-accents

A convicted drug dealer from England refused to travel to Wales for his sentencing because he can’t understand the local accent. Dwaine Campbell, 25, pleaded guilty to heroin possession with intent to supply after he was arrested in Aberystwyth, Wales, with 51 packages of heroin and he spent seven days in custody before being moved to a jail closer to his home in England’s West Midlands.

Janet Gedrych, Campbell’s lawyer, said he missed his sentencing hearing Monday at Wales’ Swansea Crown Court because he refused to leave his jail cell. Gedrych said Campbell did not want to return to Wales for his sentencing because he couldn’t understand what people in Aberystwyth were saying due to their Welsh accents.

“He is worried that if he is sentenced here he will end up in a jail in Wales and have the same difficulties,” she told Wales Online. Judge Peter Heywood said Campbell’s sentencing has been rescheduled for next month and he will conduct the hearing over a video connection “so he can stay in the West Midlands.”

A mother has shared a portrait of herself nursing her three-and-a-half-year-old son on social media in the hopes of normalizing the act and promote an open dialogue about extended breastfeeding.
Arizona-based photographer Jade Beall, 36, is posed with her preschool age son Sequoia, who is is breastfeeding while propped on his mother’s knee, in the photo that was shared on her Facebook page earlier this month. 
‘I admit that I never breastfeed my son in public anymore,’ she wrote when sharing the post. ‘I feel like somehow I would be committing a criminal act when all I am doing is providing comfort and nourishment for my son.’
Jade went on to say that her discomfort inspired her to take the photo of herself nursing her son as a way to ‘promote and support feminism’ and open the conversation regarding breastfeeding and cultural norms.
‘I still have milk, he still wants his “nah nahs” as he calls it and nothing, absolutely nothing soothes him better… [sic]’ she notes. 
Jade explains that Sequoia eats ‘mostly normal food’, and while she has tried to wean him off breastfeeding numerous times in the past, the mother says ‘breastfeeding is more a supplement at this point and hugely comforting for him’. 
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that babies be exclusively breastfed for around the first six months of life and continuing ‘for a year and for as long as is mutually desired by the mother and baby’.
When posting the photo on social media, Jade was aware that it would spark debate, writing: ‘If this offends you, ask a me a question rather than call me names. 
Let’s learn from one another. Let’s be free from fear of our differences and let’s be filled with curiosity and compassion!’ 
The photographer goes on to say that she too was a product of extended breastfeeding and is grateful that her mother did it.  
‘My mother breastfed me until I was five, and I would have been proud of her to share her rad commitment to me had there been social media back in the eighties,’ she continues, adding: ‘And I grew up to be a pretty amazing woman and feminist that LOVES my parent.’
The portrait has received more than 9,800 likes and nearly 1,800 shares since it was posted two weeks ago, and many mothers have commented on the image, sharing their personal breastfeeding stories and offering words of praise for Jade. 
‘The only thing I want to know is how you hold your baby and nurse him when standing?’ Christina Lee Harte wrote. ‘Your abs much be pillars of strength! You go Mama! You are stunning, this is stunning. 
‘You and you child will decide when it’s time to find comfort in something else. For now, you are his comfort. [sic].’

Vicki Haner said: ‘I love how you are standing so boldly! Ready to stand up for what you believe in. Beautiful!’
And Carrie Klassen added: ‘Everything about this is beautiful.’
However, despite Jade’s request regarding respective dialogue, the photo did receive a fair amount of criticism from those who questioned her for letting Sequoia practice self-weaning, calling it a selfish act – or worse. 
Facebook user Anichka Vladimirovna told Jade that ‘there’s no nutritional value in breastfeeding’ after two-years-old, noting that she has ‘certainly created dependency’. 
‘I eye roll because moms who do this so badly want acceptance for an emotionally stunting behavior,’ she continues. ‘I’m as liberal as they get but when you are proud about something that negatively can impact a child long term, you’re out of your mind.’
Another user who goes by the name Hudson agreed, writing: ‘I support a mother’s right to breastfeed in public, but honestly, I think there’s a twisted psychological need being filled here – and it doesn’t belong to your child.’ 
Jade, who has been photographing the female form for the past 15 years, has a history of fighting for the rights of breastfeeding mothers. 
The photographer was outraged in February when she saw one of her photos featuring seven nude breastfeeding mothers removed from Facebook after a chorus of men reported them as obscene. 
While Jade had their nipples and genitals blurred, one of the male detractors presumable realized she missed blurring a nipple and had the photo removed.  
Jade’s been taking breastfeeding photos like the one Facebook banned ever since she documented her own post-pregnancy form with a nude self-portrait of herself breastfeeding her son nearly four years ago.

Wiles describes herself as a working mother of two little girls, Harlow, who is 21 months and Mazzy, who is four and a half.

Amber Rose has been teaching her 2-year-old son Sebastian some English vocabulary. Now her son’s vocabulary  includes the word “conversate,” thanks to mommy.

Amber proudly posted her lesson on Instagram, then removed it after a flurry of criticism.
She asked him ” Hey Sebastian, what’s the new word we learned this week?”
He said “Conversate”.
Then she asked him what it meant and he said “To engage in conversation”.

Trolls came for her, telling her how bad she was to teach her son wrong grammar.

Amber was pissed at all the criticism on social media, telling friends she knows “conversate” is slang, but here’s the thing, people speak slang! So she says … what, people aren’t supposed to teach kids words like “fleek,” “turnt,” etc?

Sebastian’s actually a little brainiac, he can already name the planets and identify types of dinosaurs.
So she is doing a good job.

She has since taken down the video from her IG page.

Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State has approved the appointment of Mallam Aliyu Muhammed Salisu as his Special Assistant on Persons with Disabilities. This was contained in a press statement issued by his media aide, Mr Samuel Aruwan, in Kaduna today.
According to the statement, Salisu, who hails from Sabon Gari, Zaria, holds a Diploma in Special Education from the Kaduna Polytechnic and another Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He is a member of the National Association of the Blind and has worked at the Kaduna State Rehabilitation Centre, the statement read.

A lot of  people would be shocked to know that after all the hype surrounding Caitlyn Jenner, the premiere of his reality show “I Am Cait” was shadowed by very low ratings.

It has been revealed that E! Reality show “I Am Cait” which follows the world’s most famous transgender person Caitlyn ‘Bruce’ Jenner as he navigates his new life as a woman and tries to become the face of the transgender community drew in 2.7million viewers according to ratings data released today.

It would look like a good rating, but this is actually a massive drop compared to the 17 million people who watched Bruce Jenner come out as a transgender woman in the Diane Sawyer interview.

It’s also really low compared to  the 8 million viewers who tuned in to watch Caitlyn collect the Arthur Ashe award for bravery at the ESPYs two weeks ago.

Judging from the tweets from many people who watched the show said it was boring and 2.7 mill is very low considering all the hype surrounding Caitlyn and this show.

Among those 2.73 million viewers, more than half (1.5 million) were adults 18-49 and with a total of four airings across the night, the show grossed a measly  6.2 million viewers.
