THE International Society for Civil Liberties and the Rule of Law, INTERSOCIETY, said Wednesday that a research it conducted between January and April, 2013, showed that no fewer than 1000 Nigerians were killed extra-judicially in the country within the period.
Chairman of board of trustees of the group, Mr. Emeka Umeagbalasi, said in the report released in Awka, that findings showed that the killings were traced to both lawful and unlawful armed elements within and outside the country’s security forces.
